Ashtanga Mysore Method
Want tradition? Appreciate individual instruction? The Mysore method is a great way to learn the ashtanga yoga system one posture at a time, at your pace and gain independence. Flexible start time and personalized attention for every level of student.
Ashtanga Primary Series
Keeping with the integrity and purity of the practice, this method is a dynamically fast-paced led class based on the traditional vinyasa method as taught by Sri K Pattabhi Jois. Not for beginners, students should have a strong proficiency with sun salutations and familiarity with ashtanga.
Hot Fusion
This class takes you through a series of strengthening postures in the calm of a heated studio. Combining elements of Ashtanga, Bikram, Power, and Moksha yoga styles, the Hot Fusion Series is designed to give you a complete practice, regardless of your level of ability.
Yin Yoga
A perfect addition to your yoga practice, Yin Yoga provides a release of tension in the network of connective tissue, allowing for a deep relaxation of our physical and energetic bodies as well as the freedom of present-focused awareness. By holding seated poses for longer and relaxing the muscles, we safely and
naturally remove blockages to our energy and bring health and well-being to our selves.
Gentle Yoga
A practice for times when a slower pace is what your looking for. This class takes more time with the postures and gives you more in-depth instruction for each.
Ashtanga Freestyle
Keeping all of the energy and intensity of the primary series, Ashtanga Freestyle gives you a larger variety of asanas (postures) for a change of pace.
